Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the DroneBase website (the "Service") operated by DroneBase ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Services

DroneBase provides drone-based services including, but not limited to, aerial photography, infrastructure inspection, and surveying. All services are subject to provider availability, weather conditions, and regulatory approvals.

3. Bookings and Payments

To book a service, you must provide complete and accurate information. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your booking at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is detailed at the time of booking. Cancellations made within a certain timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed according to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any service due to safety concerns, adverse weather, or regulatory restrictions, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property

The deliverables of the services provided, including photos, videos, and data, are owned by you upon full payment. However, we reserve the right to use the content for our promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DroneBase, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
